Because our products are research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for safety and contamination reasons. The following situations are eligible for replacement or refund:
Damaged or defective shipments
If your order arrives damaged or with broken vials, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the affected items or issue a refund.
Wrong item shipped
If you receive an item you did not order, contact us within 14 days and we'll send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at our cost.
Lost in transit
Orders confirmed lost by the carrier will be reshipped or refunded at your choice.
