Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Carriers & times
- USPS Priority: 2–4 business days within the US.
- UPS Ground: 3–6 business days within the US.
- Express: 1–2 business days (additional cost at checkout).
Shipping rates
- Flat rate $12 standard shipping.
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $150.
International
We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is planned. Import duties and customs fees would be the recipient's responsibility.
Cold-chain handling
Temperature-sensitive items ship with ice packs in insulated mailers. We recommend scheduling delivery so the package isn't left exposed for extended periods.
Lost or delayed shipments
Contact support@sailpeptides.com with your order number if your shipment is delayed more than 7 business days past the carrier's estimate. See our Returns Policy for lost packages.
